LIMITED WARRANTY: The dealer will pay 100% of the labor and 100% of the parts for the covered systems that fail during the warranty period. Ask the dealer for a copy of the warranty document for a full explanation of warranty coverage, exclusions and the dealer’s repair obligations. Under state law, “implied warranties” may give you additional rights.

SYSTEMS COVERED: The warranty as provided by Connecticut law requires that your car be mechanically operational and sound at the time of purchase and throughout the warranty period. If, during the warranty period, your vehicle is not mechanically operational and sound, your dealership is required to restore your vehicle to this condition. The warranty covers 100% of the parts and labor necessary to make your vehicle mechanically operational and sound.

The new law refers only to the mechanical operation of your vehicle.

DURATION: If you paid at least $3,000 but less than $5,000 for the used vehicle, warranty is in effect for 30 days after the purchase date or 1,500 miles (whichever occurs first). If you paid $5,000 or more for the vehicle, the warranty is in effect for 60 days after the purchase date or 3,000 miles (whichever occurs first). The total purchase price includes all amounts charged for the vehicle, including the value of any trade-in, but excluding any finance charges, registration fees or sales tax.

EXCEPTION: If the vehicle is under $3,000 or 7 years old or older, it is sold ‘as is’.

The car was hit high in the middle of the grill.   We replaced the normal stuff ,Upper Radiator support ,Radiator, Condenser, Electric Fans, Water Pump, Belt, Thermostat housing.  Air bag,sensor,module,and selt belt. The gas gauge was replaced by ford. I have all the receipts and before pics. If you want something you can just get in and drive ,this is your car. Also have Gt wheels 5 spoke if you want! This car is extra clean ,thats why  I bought it!! This car looks like aGT ,but has better gas mileage! Get ready for Summer!!  Buyers are responsible for all fees and taxes in there state. Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost.  We are a state of the art collision shop.
