We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, Paypal, or 3rd-party financing.

Fees and Taxes:

**Illinois buyers please add applicable sales tax. We must also collect sales tax for Arizona~Indiana~Florida~Michigan~Massachussets & S.Carolina residents.

- Due to the fact that we often have multiple prospective buyers for the same vehicle, Windy City Motorsports will not hold a vehicle without a signed non-refundable deposit, a signed purchase order, and a signed General Information and Terms of Sale. Without this deposit, all vehicles will remain advertised, listed, and available for sale.

- Although we make every attempt to deliver our vehicles with a full set of keys, key fobs, books, floor mats, manuals, etc., we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle will have all of these items. Most of them can be ordered at a minimum cost in addition to the price of the vehicle, if you desire to do so. The substantial reduction in price between new and pre-owned vehicles reflects in part the chance that these items might be missing.

- We will accept the following four forms of payment only: bank wire (preferred), cashier’s check (which will have to be verified during business banking hours), or cash (which must be delivered in person). Personal, E-Loan, or company checks will not be accepted. Credit cards may be used to make the initial deposit, up to $1,500.

- Although we make every attempt to accurately describe our vehicles, it is not possible to go into enough detail to satisfy some buyers. Our vehicles are all carefully selected, professionally detailed, and reconditioned (if needed) prior to delivery. We are proud of our vehicles; we put our name on the back of each one, and they all represent something we would drive ourselves. That said, most of our vehicles are pre-owned and driven and therefore have been subject to normal wear and tear. Please do not rely on our descriptions only. It is the buyer..s sole responsibility to confirm all vehicle options, accessories, modifications, condition, factory paint codes, etc. with the vehicle manufacturer or a third party inspection service. Windy City Motorsports encourages third party vehicle inspections and can assist with this process within reason. We will not be held responsible for any claims after delivery of a vehicle due to this inspection opportunity.

- If you are unsure of anything, please ask. Do not assume anything.

- Vehicles may be picked up locally or shipped at the buyer..s expense. At your request, Windy City Motorsports can coordinate the transportation of your newly purchased vehicle. We have many quality carriers available at a reasonable cost. As we are not the responsible party for loading, unloading, or driving the truck, Windy City Motorsports will not be held liable for any claims arising from vehicle shipping, delays, or damage incurred while in transit. All claims are between the buyer and the shipping company.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
